General description : (A step 50mm/gap 75mm). Woolwich Arsenal station is a recently refurbished station following the arrival of the DLR service. The DLR service is step-free from street to platform. The National Rail platforms are step-free between street and the platform. National Rail trains are accessible using a manual boarding ramp with staff assistance. There have been recent street works and a new public square outside of the station that has delivered level continuous footways. There was also an accessible toilet available.
