West Brompton station is the interchange between National Rails London Overground service and the District line. Only the National Rail lines are step-free. The station is managed by London Underground staff who do not have the training to allow them to assist passengers using manual boarding ramps. Thus a passenger wishing to board at West Brompton cannot arrive and expect to be assisted.
There is a formal crossing adjacent to the station, but no tactile paving has been installed.
