Accessibility friendly : Jubilee line northbound towards Stanmore (A step 0mm/gap 85mm), southbound towards Stratford (B step 0mm/ gap 93mm). Metropolitan line northbound towards Harrow on-the-Hill platform 1 (B step 38mm/ gap 158mm) and platform 2 (B step 50mm/ gap 148mm), southbound towards Liverpool Street platform 5 (A step 243mm/ gap 33mm) and platform 6 (B step 0mm/gap 110mm) only at end of platforms near lifts. Different train designs mean that the gaps between trains and platforms will vary. In order to use one of the new trains at Wembley Park, please wait in the middle of the platform for easier access and not at the end near the lift. The measurements given here apply to the old trains and boarding points by the lifts.

There is lift access between street and platforms.

New, more accessible trains are currently being introduced on the Metropolitan line. The step and gap onto the train will vary. If you require level access onto the train, you will need to board a new train. Please note that level access is not presently available to/from Jubilee line trains.

General description : Wembley Park station has level access between street and platform. There is an accessible toilet. The 'new' Metropolitan line trains have level access.
The Jubilee line trains are generally below the level of the platforms at Wembley Park. However the rear end of the platform drops down and the last carriage does have level access. If a wheelchair user arrives in the wrong carriage they may need manual assistance to alight.
