Accessible Train stations in London - St Pauls

All the London railway stations :

Underground lines : Central

St Pauls station is on the Central line, between Bank and Chancery Lane stations, and is in fare zone 1.

AccessAble Access Guide :

I visited St Pauls station today, the 17th May 2023. The story is true, there are a couple of flights of stairs to enter the station complex.
Then from here a long escalator down to the Westbound platform, which I chose, as there was then another escalator to get down to the eastbound platform. This second escalator is currently out of action, and people are being asked to walk down the escalator with any luggage etc, instead. If you travel westbound, it takes you via Tottenham Court road, which is a very accessible station with lots of lift availability.
Overall, St Pauls is worse than inaccessible.

Accessibility friendly : St Pauls is not accessible to wheelchair users due to there being 25 and 28 steps to access the station, plus another escalator down to the westbound platform, or two escalators down to the eastound platform

General description :

The city-guide.london site predicts that there are between 25 and 28 steps to access the station, plus another escalator down to the westbound platform, or two escalators down to the eastound platform.
