To booking hall from:
Pelham street / Thurloe street entrance is 16 steps.
National History Museum is a long walkway plus 39 steps.
Science Museum is a long subway plus 32 steps
Ismali Centre is a long subway plus 36 steps
Then from the Booking Hall to :
Circle & district line platforms is a further 25 steps.
Piccadilly line is two escalators plus either 17 or 20 steps.

You can change between Circle line eastbound towards Liverpool Street (A step 177mm/gap 0mm), westbound towards High Street Kensington (A step 143mm/gap 33mm). District line eastbound towards Upminster (A step 147mm/gap 6mm), westbound towards Earl�s Court (A step 127mm/gap 70mm).

South Kensington is not accessible to wheelchair users due to stairs or escalators between the platform and street level. it is also not possible to interchange between the Piccadilly and the District / Circle platforms due to stairs.
Level (same platform) interchange between Circle and District line trains running in the same direction.
