This station has direct access to Stratford. It is also on the new Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) which is operational into Liverpool street only, at present (February 2019). TFL does not list it an accessible station.

Accessibility friendly : No. There are steps to each platform. Chairlifts are in operation for customers with non-powered wheelchairs to access platforms 2/3 and platforms 4/5. The chairlift cannot accommodate electric or other heavy/extra large wheelchairs.
