All the London railway stations :
Underground lines : Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City, Circle, District
I revisited Hammersmith station on 17th March 2023. I was travelling on the District line, which turns out to be an entirely different station to the Circle line. I must have used a lift to exit this station.
A lot Naughty, but it is described as a 520 metere journey via street. You have to exit one station, cross a major traffic junction, and enter the other building.
TFL are very short on information about distances needed to travel / walk between a station and its cohort.
I visited Hammersmith station at the western end of the Hammersmith & City and Circle lines, at the junction with District and Piccadilly lines in September 2021. In 2023, it was the same, and a very good station. It is almost entirely step free.
