All the London railway stations :

AccessAble Access Guide :

Accessibility friendly : Yes. Apparently, there is a ramp for access to the train. If travelling to Upminster, there is no access from the platform up to the station, so this is not a viable option. All other platforms at Upminster are served by a lift, but not platform 6 which serves Emerson Park.

General description :  See wiki

More comment : National Rail Map & Guide, The station is step-free via ramps to access platforms. This is an unmanned station.
