I visited the Battersea Power Station Pier in April 2021. It is accessible, and is near the brand new Battersea Power DLR Station on the Northern Line. Well, it might be. The names are similar.
There is a ramp down to the Uber Thames Clipper. Most piers are accessible.
To take motorised scooters onboard, you may need to contact Uber in advance.
