Barons Court is on the Piccadilly and District underground lines, and is not an accessible public transport station for wheelchair accessibility due to the 26 or 27 steps to platforms. You can change between lines if travelling in the same direction, but there are considerable steps onto the trains.

Underground lines : Piccadilly, District

Accessibility friendly : No entrance/exit without using stairs, of 26 or 27 steps.
You can change between District line westbound towards Hammersmith (A step 247mm/gap 77mm) and Piccadilly line westbound towards Acton Town (A step 88mm/gap 23mm). You can change between District line eastbound towards Upminster (A step 273mm/gap 10mm) and Piccadilly line eastbound towards Oakwood (A step 156mm/gap 50mm).

No stair-free entrance/exit.
Level interchange between westbound District line and westbound Piccadilly line towards Acton Town.
Level interchange between eastbound District line towards Upminster and eastbound Piccadilly line
towards Cockfosters.
