I spend many hours personally visiting the rail stations in London, and recording the stairs and elevators, plus lifts.

• Baker Street, Bakerloo , Jubilee .two escalators
• Baker Street, Metropolitan line, Circle line, Hammersmith & City , 44 steps
• Balham, Northern line, Southern - 30 to 32 stairs, then escalators
• Bank, Central line, Northern line, DLR Waterloo & City. [Lifts to DLR and Northern are both now accessible], improved since Cannon street station opened in February 2023.
• Bankside Pier, Uber Thames Clippers, Yes, excellent accessibility
• Barbican, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan line, Circle line - 50 steps, it's horrible.
• Barking Riverside, Uber Thames Clippers, London Overground, Yes, excellent accessibility
Barking, District line, Hammersmith & City, C2C to Fenchurch Street. Underground lines are Fully Accessible, I tend to avoid Barking. Ramps onto c2c, and lots of confusing platforms.
• Barkingside, Central line, step free partially, except ramps needed
• Barnehurst, National Rail South Eastern, step free apparently
• Barnes, National Rail South Western - suggest using Mortlake or Richmond
• Barnes Bridge, National Rail South Western - Lots of steps
• Barons Court, District line, Piccadilly line - 26 steps
• Battersea Park, ThamesLink - stairs
• Battersea Power Station, Northern line, Yes, Fully Accessible, and brand new
• Battersea Power Station Pier, Uber Thames Clippers, Yes, excellent accessibility
• Bayswater, Circle line, District line - 30 steps, no lift
• Beckenham Hill, ThamesLink, step free apparently
• Beckenham Junction, ThamesLink, London Tramlink, Yes, Fully Accessible
• Beckenham Road, London Tramlink , Yes, Fully Accessible
• Beckton , DLR.
• Beckton Park, DLR, Yes, Fully Accessible includes a long ramp
• Becontree, District line, NOT accessible
• Beddington Lane, London Tramlink , Yes, Fully Accessible
• Belgrave Walk, London Tramlink , Yes, Fully Accessible
• Bellingham, ThamesLink
• Belsize Park,Northern line, A lift and 20 steps (or 14 flights of stairs)
• Belvedere, National Rail South Eastern
• Bermondsey, JubileeJubilee , step free with a lift, or escalators and some stairs
• Berrylands, National Rail South Western, two flights of stairs.
• Bethnal Green, Central line, National Rail Greater Anglia - An escalator and then an additional 26 or 28 steps
• Bexley, National Rail South Eastern - one platform is stepfree, the other has 26 steps
• Bexleyheath, National Rail South Eastern - entirely step-free to platforms
• Bickley, ThamesLink - 29 steps
• Birkbeck, ThamesLink, NOT accessible due to 33 steps
• Birkbeck, London Tramlink , Yes, Fully Accessible
• Blackfriars, District line, Circle line , ThamesLink - lifts between platforms and station.
• Blackfriars Pier, Uber Thames Clippers, Yes, excellent accessibility
• Blackheath, National Rail South Eastern, described as step-free, ramps required
• Blackhorse Lane, London Tramlink, Yes, Fully Accessible
• Blackhorse Road, Victoria, escalators to tube, 25 steps to overground.
• Blackwall, DLR , Yes, Fully Accessible
• Bond Street, Elizabeth Line, Central line, Jubilee, lifts between entrance and platforms, step free, some ramps onto trains.
• Borough, Northern line, stepfree northbound only.
• Boston Manor, Piccadilly line, to be upgraded in 2022, currently stairs
• Bounds Green, Piccadilly line, escalators or 7 flights of stairs
• Bow Church, DLR , Yes, Fully Accessible
• Bow Road, District line, Hammersmith & City , 30 steps to platform
• Bowes Park, ThamesLink, stairs to platform
• Brent Cross, Northern line, 31 steps
• Brentford, National Rail South Western, described as entirely step-free to platforms when open.
• Brentwood National Rail Greater Anglia, Elizabeth Line
• Brimsdown, National Rail Greater Anglia, platforms are accessible via fairly steep ramps apparently.
• Brixton, Victoria, National Rail South Eastern - underground is accessible, overground NOT
• Brockley, London Overground, ThamesLink, apparently now step free.
• Bromley by Bow, District line, Hammersmith & City , stepfree with lifts
• Bromley North, National Rail South Eastern, described as a step-free station
• Bromley South, ThamesLink, TFL say it is step free, with boardng ramps.
• Brondesbury, London Overground, 35 steps to platforms
• Brondesbury Park, London Overground, travel to Willesden junction, NOT accessible.
• Bruce Grove, London Overground, steps to all platforms
• Buckhurst Hill, Central line, level access street to platform
• Burnt Oak, Northern line, stairs from platform to street.
• Bushey, London Overground, 25 steps.
• Bush Hill Park, London Overground, step-free access to each platform, not between platform
