I have discovered that my paternal Great, Great, Grandfather, Harry Turner, was once the landlord of the above pub. He is registered as being a licensed victualler at the time of his death on 20th June 1864 and was residing at the Five Oaks along with his wife, Sophia.
I discovered this information from a transcript of his will published on 13th August 1864. *

13 August 1864/ The Will of Harry Turner formerly of 7 Graham street Pimlico in the County of Middlesex Clerk of Works but late of the "Five Oaks" Twickenham in the said County Licensed Victualler deceased who died 20 June 1864 at the "Five Oaks" aforesaid was proved at the Principal Registry by the oath of Sophia Turner of the "Five Oaks" aforesaid Widow the Relict and the sole Executrix. Effects under £600 *
