Isaac Coney of the Malvern Tavern, Kilburn road, Willesden, supported by Mr Besley applied for a license. The aplicant also applied for the removal of the license from the Horse and Groom public house, Green street, St Pancras, to this house, and also for a new wine and beer license.
The Chairman said it was usual to hear objections first, and Mr Childs then spoke, on behalf of Mr Hart of the Canterbury Arms, and the application was refused.
