His daughter Getrude (Gertie) Elsie Mary Judd, who was born in 1887, later married Frank Walter Hobbs, aged 19 at the time of the 1901 census, where he is listed as barman. They married in 1908, and they are shown in 1911 as Licensed Victualler, and Wife with their one-year old son Ralph who is my 1st cousin twice removed. **

In 2016, it was reported that the council was to buy this Greene King pub and demolish it for housing. However, these plans never came to fruition. Though this pub has closed (apparently in late 2017) it was still standing when I walked past earlier this month (June 2023), as shown in the attached photo, which I took in Salusbury Road, with Kilburn Lane visible to the left of the pub. ***
