My husbands Grandfather lived at 51 Modgden Lane from 1937 and this was his local. He worked for the water company and would have to go to work whenever there was bombing. He returned to Wrexham and went to work for Hughes and Lancaster in Acrefair. This postcard was sent to him in Wrexham, it is postmarked 21st April 1944.
