parents and siblings. His father, Jacob Hibberd, is a builder, and maybe he
built the Sir Richard Steele? He employs 20 men and 5 boys, and lives on the
corner of Haverstock hill just by Steels terrace in this census. The 1871
census also lists Steels tavern at about 13 Steels terrace. The 1874
directory also lists this as the same.
