I have, the Inventory of The Little Bell Tavern from when he purchased it on 2nd July 1879, for £2288-10-00
I also have one of his account books with the New Westminster Brewery Co Ltd, From 27th April 1892 through to 29th March 1894 for the
Eagle, 103 Wick road; and finally I have his beer Retailers Licence for 103 Wick Road dated 11th Oct 1894. I believe he ran or owned the Windsor Castle. *
