I have recently been going through some old family documents and came across
the contract page 1 signed by my grand uncle (Denis O'Brien) to become the
manager of the Sugar Loaf. He was apparently at the
Three Nuns Hotel, 9 - 11 Aldgate High Street at the time of the initial contract ***
