Salisbury Stores, 90 St Martins lane WC2N

This pub was founded in 1725 as the Coach & Horses and briefly took the name the Ben Caunt's Head, before being re-named the Salisbury Stores in 1865. The LV Association directory of 1865 still lists it as the Coach & Horses. It was re-built in its current form in 1892.  In more recent years the name has been abbreviated to the Salisbury. **
