I am researching the Drapers Arms looking to find an ancestor who
(allegedly) was once the publican. This would be around the period 1880's
through 1890's; I note the name Walter Rogers listed as publican in
1891.
In the 1891 census, Walter Rogers was the publican at 44 Barnsbury
Street, i.e. the Drapers Arms. William Kirkman is my grand father. ***
