My husband's ancestor, William Udell, was the publican of the Rosemary Branch from sometime prior to 1869 until he was declared bankrupt in 1872. In 1861 he was a bedstead manufacturer in Skinner Street in Bishopsgate in the City of London. ***

On 29 Oct 1869, his grand daughter Rose Mary Honnor was born at Rosemary Branch Southampton Street, Camberwell, her mother having been recently widowed.  ***
