My husband's ancestor, William Udell, was the publican of the Rosemary Branch
from sometime prior to 1869 until he was declared bankrupt in 1872.
In 1861 he was a bedstead manufacturer in Skinner Street in Bishopsgate in
the City of London. ***
On
29 Oct 1869, his grand daughter Rose Mary Honnor was born at Rosemary Branch
Southampton Street, Camberwell, her mother having been recently widowed.

Surrey, Licensed Victualler. EBENEZER CHAMBERS FOREMAN, of No. 7,
Gresham-street, in the city of London, Accountant, has been appointed
Trustee of the propeity of the debtor.

William Udell are required to send their debts on or before 20 Apr 1872 to
Ebenezer Chambers ....or they will be excluded from the benefit of the
dividend proposed.
