This is a modern bar which chose its name from Samuel wubrow who was a boot maker here in the 1881 census and earlier. It latterly becomes a drapers by 1899, and exists as such as until at least 1943. Josiah Abraham Rankin is the draper from 1902 onwards. Here is an early listing of Moulsham street.
