Kings Arms, 8 Bridge Court, St Margaret, Westminster

Westminster St Margaret index

Bridge Court was a turning off Cannon Row parallel to Bridge Street. The Era gives the address of this pub as Cannon Row, so it probably stood on the corner: Horwood’s map of 1795 also suggests No 8 was on the corner of the northern side. The whole street was demolished around 1868 for the construction of Westminster station on the Metropolitan and District Railway (today’s District Line). *
