Kings Arms, 7 Tufton Street, St John, Westminster

At 4 Bowling Street until 1860s. On Stanford�s map of 1862, Bowling Street was a continuation of Tufton Street northwards beyond Little Peter Street/Wood Street. By 1869, when the OS map was surveyed, the whole street was called Tufton Street; there are two pubs marked on the map in this northern half, and the Kings Arms was the more northerly one, opposite Little Smith Street **
