"Wood Yard" appears to be a confusion from the notation in the 1881 census record, as it's located next to a wood yard. The address is 15 Tottenham Street in 1861 and earlier, prior to street renumbering (and should not be confused with the Hope, at this address following renumbering). The name is given in the 1843 and the 1848 directory. * This is the Gladstone, at 39 Tottenham street, Tottenham Court road in 1908 when it is recommended for Compensation and closure.
