The Black Horse, Kentish Town in the 1855 license transfer; The Black Horse, Cain place until at least 1874, and listed as Newmans place in 1881. At 313 Great College Street in 1934; and at 313 Royal College Street in 1944. Converted to residential use in the mid/-late 2000s. *** The address is at Cain Place in 1882 and earlier, and at Cain Place East in 1856 and earlier, prior to street renaming. It is also named as Paynes Place in an 1837 Sun Fire Office insurance record, but earlier records generally just give the address as Kentish Town. *
