Little Turnstile, 240 High Holborn in 1799 Horwood map
I am being presumptious to say this is the Six Cans, Little Turnstile in 1788 to 1793.
This address is earlier listed as the Six Cans and Punch Bowl, Holborn; apparently the theatre was constructed on the site of the Six Cans and Punch Bowl, and opened in November 1857.
