The address is listed as the Ship, Sun Tavern Fields in the 1861 license transfer and earlier; certainly back as far as 1832. * The address is also listed as 1 Harding Street west in the 1861 census, being on the corner of the two streets. This pub closed in 2003 and now lies empty (2007). **
