On the 1st December, 1889, at St George in the East, a marriage takes place between William Henry Hobbs, a 41 year old widow and Licensed Victualler to Catherine Annie Hooker, aged 28. Both list their address as at 59 Richard street. Two children are also listed here at their baptisms in 1889, but he is then listed as a mariner. It looks like it is him in 1901 at St Barts listed as a patient, and a Publican (former seaman), aged 59. This is probably him at the Mercers Arms, Belgrave street in the 1891 census.
