One family story has it that a William Fisk Lomer was the LV of the Coffee
Pot around 1925 Plus /minus a few years and that the Askins family
youngsters used to go and help William and Emily (his wife) out from time to
time. We know that William and Emily (Cleland) we married in 1925 and that
he died not too long afterwards. As yet, there is no record of the date he
died. By 1928 Emily had moved out and was the LV at the Ship in Maldon. ***
