St Bride pub history index
The Punch tavern (or Punchs tavern) is at 99 Fleet street, and still trading in 2019 from at least 1848. It was rebuilt in 1894. This pub also incorporates the former Crown & Sugarloaf, 99 Fleet street prior to this, and certainly in 1843 and earlier; as far back as my earliest record, at present, of 1805. **
