My great grandmother, Jane Sophia Sturch, married Arthur Dennis Pennington in August, 1872, their marriage certificate gives the pub as their address, he being listed as Barman. They both were born in 1850 in London, Arthur at the vinegar ground, Hoxton and Jane in her father's pub as licensee of the Warwick Arms, Gillingham street, Pimlico. Sadly Arthur died the following year in Homerton smallpox hospital. *+
