The address was formerly given as 12 Old Street Road (up to 1869 at least). This pub was present by 1756, and rebuilt in its present form in around 1895. In recent years it has operated more as a nightclub than a pub (2007). *** In 2018 this old historical pub from at least 1767, as noted below, is now the 333 Mother nightclub since about 1998.
