My Great Great Great Great Great Grandad was a London licensed victualler
from around 1830 to 1860.
The pubs that I have traced him to are :

Great Tower Street
1843 New Inn, Cavendish square
I know he was at :
40 Strutton Ground, Westminster from 1848 to 1852 -

Bethnal Green road in 1836, by August according to Sun Fire Insurance
records. - the

St Sepulchre Holborn in 1834
St Andrews Hill Blackfriars in 1833
He was married in 30th July, 1832 to Elizabeth Blackburn at London St Martin Vintry
Rosetta Hart is born May 10th 1843, and baptised 6th June 1843 to William &
Elizabeth Hart at Holborn St Sepulchre. William Hart is a Licensed
Victualler with address listed as at 9 Bulstrode Street, Marylebone - The
New Inn.
In 1856, there is a possible William Hart listed at
St Lukes Head, 24 Old
Street.
In 1856, Robert John Hart is born 23rd July and is baptised on the 16th
August at Westcheap St Peter. William Hart is listed as a Licensed
Victualler at New Cut, Lambeth, with his second wife Susannah Ann.
In the 1861 census, they are listed at the
King on
Horseback, 118 Borough High Street, although his wife is now listed as
Susannah, and only 12 years older than his eldest daughter, Rosetta.
In 1869, there is a William Hart listed at the Sun & 13 Cantons, 21 Castle
Street, Leicester Square - this is a different William Hart.
There is a William Hart, born about 1812 at the
Ship, 84 Anthony Street, St
Georges East in the 1871 census.
By the 1881 census he is at the
Skinners Arms, 25 Cobourg Street, Clerkenwell.
He is a widow in both of these census, but with daughters.
Latterly in October 1881, his daughter Susannah Young Hart marries a William
Hickman in Shoreditch St Mark, William Hart is listed as a publican.
