Morning Advertiser 22 March 1848 :
Mr Thomas Tyrrell, of the Windsor Castle, Harrow road, opposed the application for a license in Woodfield road West, Harrow road. The house was 180 yards distant; and that there was insufficient neighbourhood to support another house. License refused.

Morning Post 25 January 1851 :
Marylebone - Fraud upon a tradesman by forged cheques - Yesterday, a well dressed man, said to be very respectably connected, and who gave his name Thomas Henry Hereford Bingley, was charged with having defrauded Mr Thomas Tyrrell of 10l.
