Paddington pub history index
Address given in some records (e.g. 1882) as an un-numbered property in Tavistock Crescent. This pub was established in 1865. ** When John Frank Pass was here in the 1930s, the address was 33 Tavistock Crescent. This address change was due to Tavistock Crescent being altered and shorten to join up with Tavistock Road, just before it reached Great Western Road and leaving the pub "no-mans-land". Hence the change of address to 60 Great Western Road. *
