I am trying to find out some information on a great Uncle by marriage. My father used to visit his uncle at the Jolly milkman in the lower Richmond road .That must have been in the mid 1930s  and I think he must have been a barman. I have then found him on the 1939 register at 1 lower Richmond road. His name was William Crane and he was a licensed victualler living with his family and a barman called Alban White. *
