Mr & Mrs D Daly of the Golden Cross, 74 Lancaster road W11

I worked in the Golden Cross, this time 50 years ago. *
The governor was Don Daly & wife Francis, from Co Limerick, in Ireland.
It's all changed now, sadly, it was a great area to live & work in, back in the seventies. My last place of abode, was 102 Lancaster Road. Very convenient to the pub. That house was owned by a guy, Joe Ricky, but not sure if that spelling is correct. He owned a little sandwich bar, on the corner of Lancaster Road & Ladbrook Grove
