Public House of good trade, Deptford.
The Valuable lesase and Goodwill of that long established and well accustomed Public House, the Shipwrights Arms, Deptford Green, adjoining Barnards Yard, occupied by one family for more than 30 years - the present trade about 8 butts, spirits etc aabout 80 pounds per month, and capable of very great improvement, the shipping ytrade being very much on the mind. The premises are very roomy, and held for eleven years, at a low rent, more than which is made by some tenemnets, which are let off.
