28 June 1800 / Insured: Robert Richmond, Dorrington Street, Cold Bath Fields, gent, Sun Fire Records held at the LMA Archives

Morning Herald (London) 23 December 1824 / The sale was of the Freehold of the properties which included the Apple Tree and other properties in Great Warner street for 1200 pounds.
A the leasehold refers to the sitting tenant at the time, a Joseph Farthing until 1838.
Joseph Farthing died in 1830 but I think he previously went bankrupt, and maybe 'retired'. ***
