My Great great Grandfather ,John Joseph Mason, was, I believe, the publican of the Marquis of Granby pub in 1867. I obtained his daughter's birth certificate and it stated she was born at 38, Percy Street, St Pancras. The family moved to Vere Street , St Clements Danes the following year-in 1868, where they ran The Lamb. ***
