On the premises , the Queen of Bohemia, Wych street, on Wednesday August 11, at twelve o'clock.
A very valuable and extensive plot of Freehold ground, eligibly situate in Wych street, and Little Stanhope street, Temple bar; well adapted for erecting a brewery, distillery, warehouse etc of which immediate possession will be given.
Also four brick built messuages, one of them the King of Prussia public house, now in full trade, let on leases for a short term, at low ground rents.

In the action Coveney versus Youston, tried in the Court of Kings Bench on Wednesday the 1st instance, it is in justice to Mr Henry Coveney, the Comedian, Proprietor of the King of Prussia, Wych street, Drury lane, and to Mrs Coveney, whose respectful attention, as well as Mr Coveney, to the visitors of their house, has gained them the esteem of all their acquaintances, to state, that he is not the plaintiff in this case.
