My great grandfather, Arthur Westall, was listed as landlord there in British Phone Books. He died in Dec 1906, presumably the phone book was already printed. Prior to this he was listed at The Victory, Colliers Wood in 1899 and 1900 (divorce petition),  and ran the Three Crowns in Watford in 1901.  *
