Railway Tavern, 393 Old Ford Road, Bow E3
Old Ford Tavern (Railway tavern). Corner of Old Ford Road and Wendon Street, in 1994
The Railway Tavern got its name from the Old Ford Railway Station of which there is still there in 1955+ and would have been near the front of the small blue van in the photo, almost opposite the pub.
Old Ford Tavern (Railway Tavern) on corner of picture - in 1994 from Wendon Street (Building in foreground was a clinic in the 1950's).
