The Five Bells, 535 Old Ford Road, Bow E3

Existed from at least 1811. In Five Bells Row in 1871; listed as Old Ford Road in 1856 and 1869; The pub was demolished in the early 1960s during the building of the A12, Blackwall Tunnel Northern Approach. I've also attached a screen grab of the 1947 OS Map showing the location of the pub as part of a row of buildings backing onto the River Lea. *+
