This is the ladies outing from the Old Friends Public House at 129 Roman Road, Bethnal Green; in the early fifties. In the back row are my grandmother Rose Soper, Aunt Ivy Murray, my mother Doris Soper. In the front row Phoebe Windall, Mrs Taylor, and Mrs Ellis.
