March 1867 at Nelson-street aforesaid was proved at the Principal Registry by
the oath of Eliza Richards of the “Nelson’s Head” aforesaid Widow the Relict the
sole Executrix. *
For the record, John was born in Maker, Cornwall in around 1798. Married Eliza Bell and they had at least six children.
He was a Cooper in 1841 but then a Victualler by the 1851 census. *
