Existed from at least 1808. The Rising Sun, Printers place in the 1862 license transfer and in 1874; the 1841 and 1848 refer to the address as at 12 Printers place. The modern address is 74 Old Jamaica Road. * Shortly before it's demolition, it featured as The Rock in the football hooligan film ID (1995) Starring Reece Dinsdale, Sean Pertwee and Warren Clarke as the landlord. It seemed to be the last building left standing on that side of the street. ***
