Alfred Pudney, a machine minder of Fordham, charged with having been disorderly and refusing to quit the Queens Head, West Bergholt was fined 56 shillings and 4 shillings costs.

Joseph Munson and Albert Munson, drovers of Colchester, were charged with being disorderly and refusing to quit the Queens Head, West Bergholt. Joseph Munson was further charged with assaulting Walter Farthing, a labourer of Lexden.
Joseph Munson admitted the assault.
