Grays pub history index
The address in 1937 is at 141 High street, with the plumbers William Jas Willmot at 143 High street. Also as late as 1971 the telephone directory lists the address as in the High street; and by 1972 as Kings Walk. Apparently the later modern address is at 141 Argent road; so maybe the High street has been renamed at some stage.
